Celebrating their 9th birthday, the GOGETS from Vienna remain hard-working since day one. In the last couple of months the band locked themselves into their rehearsal studio to finalize the songs for their upcoming album. Some songs were pre-released earlier in 2010 and had a vast impact, being high ranked in internet music charts. It’s not only Justin Sane from Anti-Flag who came to say: ‚That’s a fucking killer song’.
So the goal was not just to release some more of these ass-kicking tracks like Gained Noise or Rank Growth but to make the new songs even better. Reaching a high-set goal like that needs a whole lot of time and so our new material got the time it deserved. In January 2012 you will be able to see. The GOGETS will show how rock music needs to sound in the year 2012 and how experimental it can possibly get. 2 synthesizers have joined the gogets-army. ‚Oh god, another pop-punk-techno band!’ Wrong.
